After signing up for services, a Scooper Troopers representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.
After signing up for services, Our representative will assist you in setting up your customer portal. This portal allows you to easily manage your account, schedule cleanups, and access important service details.
All billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is enabled, Scooper Troopers will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. You can also view all billing records in your customer portal. Note: If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month, your service will be removed from the schedule.
